Share what you are reading and see what others are reading

Welcome to Goodreads. “Goodreads is a free website for book lovers. Imagine it as a large library that you can wander through and see everyone’s bookshelves, their reviews, and their ratings. You can also post your own reviews and catalog what you have read, are currently reading, and plan to read in the future.”

Read, get points, win prizes

BookAdventure! This is a “reading motivation program for children in grades K-8.  Children create their own book lists from over 7,000 recommended titles, take multiple choice quizzes on the books they’ve read, and earn points and prizes for their literary successes.”  I can see this will be a big hit with my eldest who will do ANYTHING for points and rewards!
